The 20 Lane Hard Capsule Checkweigher is a high-speed multi-lane dynamic weighing system designed for accurate, 100% in-line weight inspection of hard capsules. With 20 independent weighing lanes, the system can process large volumes of capsules while maintaining stable weighing performance and consistent quality control.
Each capsule is individually weighed during continuous production. The system compares the measured weight with preset target limits and automatically identifies and rejects capsules that are underweight, overweight, or outside the specified tolerance range.
With its multi-lane architecture, high-speed weighing technology, compact stainless steel construction, and configurable control system, the Capsule Checkweigher is suitable for automated capsule filling and packaging lines where high throughput, weight accuracy, product traceability, and reliable quality inspection are required.
