■ Product Brief
The Pipeline Metal Detector for Liquid Products is an inline inspection system designed for detecting metallic contaminants in pumped liquid, semi-liquid, viscous, and paste products. It is particularly suitable for fruit juice, vegetable juice, beverages, sauces, jams, dairy products, soups, purees, and other liquid food products transported through closed pipelines.
The Inline Metal Detector is installed directly into the product pipeline, allowing the liquid product to pass continuously through the detection area without interrupting production. It can detect potential ferrous, non-ferrous, and stainless steel contaminants, helping food manufacturers improve product quality, reduce contamination risks, and protect downstream processing and filling equipment. Pipeline metal detection is commonly used for pumped products where conveyor-style inspection is not practical.
