■ Product Brief
Our Rotary Bottle Checkweigher is a high-precision inline weight inspection solution specially engineered for pharmaceutical bottle filling production lines. This dual-station checkweighing system solves the weight deviation issue caused by inconsistent empty bottle tare weight, delivering accurate net drug weight measurement for every single bottle.
Working Principle
Checkweigher A captures the tare weight of each empty bottle and sends tare weight data to Checkweigher B in real time. After bottle filling, Checkweigher B acquires the gross weight of filled medicine bottles. The control system automatically subtracts the empty bottle tare weight from gross weight to compute the pharmaceutical net weight. Once the measured net weight exceeds predefined upper or lower tolerance limits, the system instantly triggers the rejection mechanism to automatically remove unqualified bottles from the production line.
This paired rotary weighing architecture eliminates weighing errors from bottle-to-bottle tare variation, ensuring reliable net content verification, rather than only gross weight checking. Rotary turntable bottle handling maintains stable bottle positioning during dynamic weighing, minimizing vibration impact and sustaining high line speed without sacrificing weighing accuracy.

FAQ
Q1: How does this dual station rotary bottle Checkweigher calculate net weight?
A: Checkweigher A weighs empty bottles to get tare weight and sends data to Checkweigher B. After filling, Checkweigher B reads gross weight of filled bottles. The system automatically subtracts tare weight from gross weight to get the net weight of the product inside the bottle.
Q2: Why use two rotary checkweighers instead of one single checkweigher?
A: Empty bottles often have natural tare weight variations. Single-station gross weight check cannot tell whether weight deviation comes from bottle itself or filled content. Dual station tare-gross matching inspects real net content of medicine, improving quality control accuracy.
Q3: Can this rotary bottle checkweigher work with GMP and 21 CFR Part11 requirements?
A: Yes. We provide optional GMP compliant mechanical structure and 21 CFR Part11 data management module, including audit trail, user access control and electronic records for pharmaceutical validated production lines.
Q4: Will the rotary turntable affect weighing accuracy at high speed?
A: The rotary turntable adopts stable bottle clamping and positioning design to reduce vibration during dynamic weighing. The system can maintain high weighing precision while matching the speed of bottle filling lines.
