The High Speed Pharma Checkweigher is designed for continuous, in-line weight inspection of small cartons, boxes, packages, and other lightweight products. With a maximum throughput of up to 800 pcs/min, it provides fast and accurate weight verification without interrupting the production line.
The Box Checkweigher automatically weighs each product while it is moving on the conveyor, compares the measured weight with preset upper and lower limits, and identifies overweight or underweight products. An automatic reject system can remove non-conforming products and allow qualified products to continue to the next production stage.
Its compact conveyor design makes it suitable for high-speed packaging lines where small box checkweighing, weight control, product counting, and automatic rejection are required.
