The 6 Lane Checkweigher is a high-efficiency multi-lane dynamic weighing system designed for the simultaneous weight inspection of small packaged products. Featuring six independent weighing lanes, the system can inspect multiple products at the same time, significantly increasing production throughput while maintaining stable and accurate weight control.
Each lane operates with an independent weighing and detection mechanism, allowing the Six-lane Checkweigher to continuously measure product weight during high-speed production. Products outside the preset weight tolerance can be automatically identified and rejected, helping manufacturers detect underweight, overweight, missing-product, and incomplete-package issues.
