Recently, our company welcomed a client from Poland for an on-site inspection of the Checkweigher equipment. The visit focused on real-product testing, performance verification, and hands-on operation training.
To ensure the machine fully meets actual production requirements, the client brought a variety of personal care product samples, including body lotion and hand cream. These samples were tested directly on the checkweigher to evaluate weighing accuracy, speed, and system stability. The results demonstrated excellent precision and consistent performance, even with different product weights and packaging conditions.
During the visit, the client also participated in hands-on training. Under the guidance of our technical team, they learned how to operate the checkweigher, set parameters, and manage product changeovers. The intuitive interface and user-friendly design made it easy for the client to quickly understand and operate the system independently.
In addition, both sides discussed application details, customization options, and after-sales support to ensure smooth integration into the client’s production line.
