●Main Features
1.Feeding: Stick packs are fed from the form-fill-seal (FFS) machine onto the infeed of the checkweigher.
2.Lane Alignment: The infeed system gently guides and separates the packs into the defined number of parallel lanes.
3.Weighing: As each stick pack enters its dedicated lane on the weighing module, it is momentarily isolated on the weighing belt. The load cell instantly captures its weight measurement.
4.Decision: The control system compares the measured weight against the preset acceptable range.
●Accept: If the weight is within tolerance, the pack continues undisturbed to the outfeed conveyor.
●Reject: If the weight is outside the tolerance range, the system will remember the package and trigger the corresponding reject device when the defective package passes the reject station, removing it from the production line.
5.Data Reporting: The system continuously logs data, providing real-time and historical reports on production counts, reject counts, average weight, and statistical process control data.
