1. Static accuracy test: Calibrate each sensor using standard weights to ensure weighing accuracy meets standards.
2. Dynamic checkweighing test: Simulate production line speed to verify the accuracy and response speed of the weight detection, sorting, and rejection of defective bars continuously passing through.
3. Channel adaptability test: Verify the compatibility of the 10 channels with bar bags of different sizes and their centering.
4. Software function verification: Confirm that the weight display, statistics, alarms, and data interface functions properly.
Pre-shipment video and photos will be taken and sent to the customer for confirmation. Shipment will be approved upon verification.
